30 minutes from Barcelona is your relaxing beach yoga retreat in the beautiful Spanish town of Sitges. You will be praticing yoga outside, eating delicious local healthy food whilst overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
To complement your yoga retreat, Sitges has 4km of beaches, sea-front restaurants, surfing, paddleboarding, Garraf National Park as well as theatres and festivals.
Your schedule is flexible and our main focus is ensuring you have an enjoyable unwinding retreat.
The yoga sessions are in the morning and everning so that during the day you will time to relax and explore the surrounding area.
Arrive in the evening and have dinner at 8:30pm. Meet the teachers and other guests.
An optional guided medidation at 8am (30 mins), followed by a dynamic yoga session at 8:45am (90 mins). Enjoy a healthy brunch at 10:45 and then free time to focus on specific yoga topics with the teachers and/or explore Sitges and try out some of the local activities, such as surfing, hiking,

We love teaching yoga and welcome all ages and abilities. Our teachers have a range of backgrounds including Vinyasa, Bikram, Acro and Yin.
Our small groups ensure everyone benefits from the attention of the teacher and feels comfortable with their level of yoga. Each retreat will be lead by one of the teachers below.
Sabina teaches hot yoga in Edinburgh and has an interest in Forrest yoga. She is always working to further her yoga knowledge and share her findings.

Just a short walk from the picturesque Mediterranean beaches, our spectacular villa has plenty of space indoors and outdoors for practicing yoga and relaxing, as well as a lovely swimming pool.
We have four guest bedrooms accommodating groups of up to 8 people.
Barcelona Airport is just 30km away from Sitges and you can arrive in the following ways:
Coach
The company Mon-Bus runs regular coaches between the airport and Sitges town centre. There are 1-2 coaches per hour (timetable) and the journey takes 30 minutes and costs €6.50. The coach leaves from Terminal 1 and there is a free shuttle bus between terminals.
Train
Catch the train to El Prat de Llobregat and change there for Sitges (timetable). The journey time is around 42 minutes and costs €4.10. The train leaves from Terminal 2 and there is a free shuttle bus between terminals.
Car
Hiring a car from the airport for three days starts from around €50. The drive takes 30 minutes and we have free indoor and outdoor parking at the villa.
Taxi
Taxis from the airport are around €60 if booked in advance here or €70-80 if not booked.

You may like to enjoy a day trip to nearby Barcelona or Tarrgona or soak up the warm Sitges evenings in local Spanish style.
